Cancellation Policy / Skin Testing requirement

We have a 48-hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy. Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment giving less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the full cost of their service. Clients who do not attend an appointment without giving any notice will be charged the full cost of their service. We do send out SMS appointment confirmation reminders 48 hours before the appointment to respect clients and stylists schedules equally. Skin testing is also required 48 hours prior to any hair colouring or chemical services booked. We thank you for your support and understanding.
